Condolence: I am saddened to learn of Les' passing, and my heart breaks for those who were nearest to him. I only knew him for a short time (I worked for him the summers of '92, '93, '94), but those moments were impactful and formative. So much he gave to the young man I was, I cannot even begin to share. He was a big man, with heart and spirit to match. I have not seen him in many years, but I have never not thought fondly upon my time there with him and NYMA, and often the thoughts relived and recounted to my own children. So that all that was grand about Les, here, will be, hereafter. May God see him in, and that we be with him again.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the McMillen family for their loss. Keep those great memories of all the wonderful contributions Les gave to so many young athletes both on and off the field, close in your hearts forever.
