Glenna Mae Smith, 82, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in Waco. A graveside service will be at 10 am, Friday, March 2nd at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 Interstate 35 South, Waco, with Rev. Mark Wible officiating. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 pm, Thursday, March 1st at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.
Glenna was born June 4, 1935 to Glenn and Rebecca Wiggins Rose. She married Charles F. Smith on December 26, 1956. Glenna spent her adult life as a homemaker, taking care of others. As a member of Highland Baptist Church, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved the Lord. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Lora Fae.
Glenna is survived by her daughters, Sherlynn Erwin and husband Ed, and Shawn Knoble and husband Justin; grandchildren, Brittani and Brianna Shoukletovich, Kody Kassidi, Kenli and Kase Petty, Kadence and Austin Knoble; three great-grandchildren; brother, Loy Rose.
