On March 2, 2018, Lisa Marie Candace Prokopiw of Lamont, AB, passed away at the age of 49 years.
Lisa Marie is survived by her parents, Nestor and Linda; one sister, Ann Prokopiw of Bruderheim, AB; nephews, Codey (Jody) and Brennon (Kara); and great-nephews, Tyson and Tristan; and numerous uncles and aunties.
Predeceased by her brother-in-law, Scott Paton; paternal grandparents, John and Ann Prokopiw; two uncles, Stephen and Benjamin; auntie, Marion; cousin, Martina; maternal grandparents, David and Annie Tyson; uncle, Bruce; and one cousin, Christopher.
Memorial Service Wednesday, March 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, Star-Peno. Basilian Fathers officiating with inurnment in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Lamont Health Care Centre, Box 479, Lamont, AB T0B 2R0.
