Virginia M. Smith, 92, of Independence, MO passed away March 7, 2018. A graveside service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, at Mound Grove Cemetery. Virginia was born January 24, 1926 in Kansas City, MO to Harry and Anna (Lebestky) Tyler. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill G. Smith; and two sons, Harry and Steve Smith. Virginia is survived by her four grandchildren, Arica Linton, Harry Smith, Jr., Bill G. Smith and Anne Self; and nine great grandchildren.
