Condolence: I met Billy when he lived in Connecticut. We were roommates for two years. He was in my wedding. We recently reconnected after 30 years. We had a great time catching up on all that had happened in both of our lives. We were able to get together a couple of times in the last few years and I was looking forward to meeting up again. Will miss you. Rest In Peace til we meet again

Condolence: Billy and I shared many moments on truck 53 working for the City Of Plattsburgh. I always seemed to end up on that old Grizzly bear of a truck. Billy always made the job more bearable with his humor. We would often joke about the things of the past and often about WIRY radio when we were growing up "BULLETIN BULLETIN BULLETIN! Robert Garrow has been shot." and and many more. It brought back many fond memories. One day we laughed so hard that we both had tears running down our cheeks. Iv since left the job. I miss the boys and regret that I wont see you again. Thanks Billy for making my job on the truck more fun.

Condolence: On angels wings Bill. Just a small story of Bill and I. We started out as not so friendly to each other. We went at it one day and both threw a punch at same time and both connected each other on the nose . Both with bloody noses , we stood there laughing. We were friends from then on. Time and miles seperated our lives,but always smiled when I thought of that time . We were good friends as teens. His sisters were my school mates and friends. My condolences to his family. RIP
