McKay, Hugh Francis- Passed away peacefully in British Columbia on Saturday March 10, 2018 in his 73rd year. Loving father of Rick (Pam) McKay, Tim McKay, and Lorreena. Cherished grandfather of Derrick, Jessica Holms, Curtis, Calum, Tyler McKay, and Adam, and Kayla Halashewski. Proud great grandfather of Liam and Zoe Holms. Dear brother of John (Marlene (late)), Bernie, Bill (Kim), Rose Mary (Iain (late)) MacRobbie, and Donald (Donna). Predeceased by his wife Patricia (1984), his partner Dorothy Jackson, his brothers Robert Leo (2011), John Richard (2013), Lawrence Michael (2012) and both his parents John George Alexander McKay (1991) and Mary Margaret McKay (1979), and son-in-law Austin Holms (2012). Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in the spring. If desired, memorial contributions to the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish Building Fund.
