Obituary for Velma Elaine Seagraves
Velma Elaine Seagraves, 60, of Grayson passed away, Sunday, March 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born June 26, 1957 in Grayson, a daughter of the late Chester and Hazel Suttles Seagraves.
She was of the protestant faith and attended Huff’s Run Community Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Waldon Lee Seagraves and three sisters, Linda Lou, Dorothy Bernice, and Brenda Gail.
She is survived by two brothers, Eddie Arnold Seagraves of Grayson, and Denver Seagraves of Mechanicsburg, OH; two sisters, Anna Steele of Obetz, OH and Frances Pope, with whom she resided; eight neices and six nephews, fourteen great nephews, twelve great neices, several great-great neices and nephews and a host of friends and neighbors.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Edison Cemetery on Mayhew Flats, with Brother Luke Stapleton
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson.
