Condolence: Phyllis was one of the most genuine and nice people you could be lucky enough to have the pleasure to ever know. Both myself and my wife Cristi had the pleasure of working beside and with Phyllis for years at the Assessors Office and those were very good years indeed. Both of us kept in touch with Phyllis since she left the office and she and I went into retirement from Weld County several years ago. I visited with Phyllis and Bob on several occasions over those years to give her lotions and just keep in touch. Our full condolences to the entire family which I am sure will miss her greatly as will anyone who had the pleasure to know her.
