The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Henry Wolinski can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I met Henry(Butch), in the early 70's when we both performed with a band known as Kenny Gordon's Sound Gathering. We later married in '73, a union that lasted a good seven years. We shared SO much music, fun, and many good friends. He was beloved of all of them. To this day, we still remember his wit, and talent,(one of the best and most musical drummers, ever), with an extra spark of beautiful that silliness he always added to the mix. Our lives were richer for having shared so many wonderful moments.
After our split, with no ill will, I chose to simply remember the fun we had in our years together. I often wondered where life had taken him. Now my only regret is not trying to find him sooner...to have been able to share a laugh or some music with him, just one more time.
R.I.P, Butchie-Boy. Gosh...our friends will grieve to know you are gone. No wonder, the days have seemed to be less bright since the day of your "flight."

Condolence: To the Wolinski family,
I met Henry in the mid 90's. He was working at the Dodge dealership in Huntsville. We became close friends over the years. When my wife and I bought our house we invited Henry to live with us. Henry became family. My wife My daughter and myself consider ourselves privileged to have had him in our lives. I will miss his sarcastic wit, honesty and loyalty. Most of all I will miss my friend.. Safe trip brother, rest easy...
