As a child i can always remeber how tough my grandma was. She took care of everyone and never seemed to slow down. I remember her love for teaching and when she would teach me things by sitting with me and which ever cousins might be around by playing store to learn such things as counting money. I have many memories of sitting with her at the dining room table and putting puzzles together. My favorite one was this massive puzzle of th '93 USA Olympic Dream Team. She loved basketball back then and watched many games with me. I never knew what happened to that puzzle over the years but this past Christmas, which turned out to be my last one with her, I found an unopened box online and bought it for her. I didnt know if she would remember it especially with her Alzheimer's but as soon as she saw it she remembered. I told her when she felt up to it we would work on it again but we never got that chance. She was so strong which in the end made it was difficult seeing her in such a vulnerable state. I will miss you so much but im glad you are with the GOD, who she loved so much.
Your first great grandchild.
