The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of C.J. Sullivan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I wanted to give you my deepest sympathies. The death of a loved one causes us deep pain. At Jeremiah 31:13, Almighty God has promised, "I will change their mourning into exultation. I will comfort them and give them joy instead of their grief." No doubt you look forward to the fulfillment of that promise. You can fully rely on "the God of tender mercies and the God of all comfort" to give you the strength and endurance to cope during this difficult time. (2 Corinthians 1:3) At John 5:28,29 Jehovah has promised us the beautiful hope of the resurrection, the hope of being reunited with our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. No doubt this is a promise that we look forward to in the near future.

Condolence: SUPERMAN is what I called him. He fought like a man of steele. His super power was his bible. I loved the pics of him w/ his Book and his conversations about God. Sad, Dementia stills memories, but it didn't take his God.

Sis, he transitioned knowing he was loved. We walked that journey, together, and we will walk the journey of their transitioning, together.

I love you and find peace in his suffering no more.

Condolence: My sincere sympathy to the family in the loss of your dear family member. The death of a loved one is so very difficult to accept because death was not a part of God's original purpose for mankind (Genesis 1:28). That is why the Bible at 1 Cor. 15:26 state; And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. God promises a time when “he will actually swallow up death forever.” (Isaiah 25:8) To remove death, he must eliminate its root cause, which is sin. God will do this through Jesus Christ, who “takes away the sin of the world.”(John 1:29) Jesus said at John 11:25; “I am the resurrection and the life.” Meaning he has the authority from God (Jehovah) to resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death back to life with perfect health on a paradise earth in the very near future. Imagine living at a time when sickness, death and all the problems we face now will be gone forever!! And how wonderful it will feel to be reunited with your loved ones that have been sleeping in death!
