Condolences

Condolence From: Holly Scott
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Laurena's passing. She was a very nice lady. I knew her from her attendance at Forest United Church. Sometimes I would see her at the Apartments at NLL when I visited there. She was always smiling. My husband Doug knew Armand Cairns - her grandfather. Armand lived on the 12th Line of Plympton next to John and Frances Scott. Doug remembers Armand working on the house there during the day and farming at night. He remembers Armand working on his flower beds and trimming the trees in front of the house. Sorry for your loss. Time marches on and waits for no one. Doug and Holly Scott

Condolence From: Anne Wight
Condolence: You maybe do not remember me from back in our school days but I was Anne Eastman. Saw your sister a bit ago in forest getting her groceries. Did not know she was in nursing home after that. Did not realize you lost your other sister. My sister Evangeline looked after you and sister when Virginia was born. Do think I was 11 then. So sorry for your loss of your sisters but that is life. Sometimes I say it just SUCKS. Keep your memories close as they sure help to deal with the loss of family. Prayers and love from Anne (Eastman)

Condolence From: ELEANOR WATSON
Condolence: My deepest condolences to the family. I think we were distantly related somehow. I went to school with Virginia Sitter. Laurena told me how we were related - but my ancestry always has been a bit of a mystery. She was a sweetheart - she would come to our church when Bob & I were on the "Welcoming Committee": - such a sweetheart. Blessings from Eleanor (Coulbeck) Watson.
