Condolence: I have been a neighbor of Denise and Dons for probably 10 years. Denise had a wonderful zest for life and loved animals dearly especially her Coco. When Denise passed I found a wonderful home for Coco with a woman who has a Shnauzer from the same breeder. Coco is in the most wonderful loving family. For those of you that do not know, Donald pass away a month after Denise. I will miss our long walks in the neighborhood and her wonderful warm personality. Until we meet again, rest peacefully.

Condolence: I was thinking a lot about Deni recently and am saddened to learn that she passed away. I hope she is enjoying her new travels, wherever they may take her. And I hope Coco and Donald are both well. I loved seeing and talking with Deni when she walked Coco down our street here in Tucson. My dogs and I will miss you Deni. Until we meet again, dogs at our sides...

Condolence: I am so sad to hear that this dear, kind, sweet person is no longer with us. Denise was truly a beautiful person, inside and out, and she blessed me tremendously when I was a student at Garden Spot in the 1990's. She was outstanding in her career because she genuinely cared for the students whom she counseled. After I graduated, I continued to keep in touch with her and was even invited to her home to play on her lovely baby grand piano. She was an encouragement to me and always a fan of my music! I have a terrific picture of her blowing bubbles at my wedding as my new husband and I advanced through the receiving line. That was now 20 years ago, and will remain one of many treasured memories! She will be missed.

Condolence: Deni was a great person with a zest for life. She was an adventurer.
I met Deni 28 years ago in France. I was on a school trip- she was taking French lessons. We spent a month traveling the country and the rest is history. Since she was in PA at the time and I in NY, I’ve visited her a couple of times. I lost touch for a few years when she moved, but reconnected about 12 years ago and kept in touch ever since. I was heartbroken when she shared her diagnosis, but I really thought she’d pull through. I will miss her adventurous travel stories, but glad she is no longer in pain and suffering and now she can go wherever she wants. Rest In Peace my sweet friend.
Xoxo

Condolence: Denise was my coworker in the guidance department at Garden Spot High School from 1992 until she retired. When I started, Deni was a tremendous support to me, answering my constant questions, teaching me the system, and introducing me to the faculty. We took trips to the shore together, sharing many laughs and tears.
She was quite the character. She loved to travel, especially to unusual destinations and shared wonderful, and sometimes harrowing, stories about her adventures.
Most importantly, during her career as a counselor, she touched the lives of many students who will kindly remember her for her dedication to helping them with personal concerns and future plans.
I am deeply saddened by her passing. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Denise was so kind to me when I started working at GSHS. I remember her beautiful clothes and how she took such pride in her appearance. She was so devastated when one if her students committed suicide. Denise was a kind, loving person and an excellent counselor. I was lucky to know her. RIP.

Condolence: I met Denise in 1989 when I started working in the Guidance Department at Garden Spot High School in New Holland, Pennsylvania. She was such fun to be around and always smiling. Compassion was built into her soul. She loved nature and all animals. Particularly dogs and cats. She had 8 cats when I first met her and she kept trying to convince me to get one. She kept pushing, so when one of the teachers at the school came into a litter of kittens I ultimately caved in. So glad I did! 😻 Thanks to Deni, my husband and I adopted two adorable little black beauties. I vividly remember the day when I first saw them....running around her office! I was hooked! 😻😻 I owe my passion for kitties to her. I am now a Crazy Cat Lady thanks to this sweet lady!
I really missed her when she retired and moved to Arizona. I know how much she struggled to keep going when she became ill. It is so tragic that she lost her courageous battle. I pray that she is now at peace and perhaps in some divine way knows how many people she left behind who truly cared about her. ❤️❤️
