The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Nancy Laws Griffin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of this beautiful woman. Those of us who taught with Nancy at Newfane Middle School remember her dedication to our students over her long and fruitful career. I passed her home on a daily basis and over the years have admired her lovely spring and summer gardens. I will miss her wide and wonderful smile as well as her hearty laugh. Peace be yours, Nancy Laws Griffin.
