Joyce Bernadette "Bunt"  Snoddy
Mrs. Joyce Bernadette “Bunt” Evans Snoddy, 56, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, April 14, 2018, at home. She was a daughter of the late Claude Lee Evans and Willie Mae Wharton Evans.

“Bunt” was a 1979 graduate of Wade Hampton High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Carmel AME Church at an early age, later joining Mt. Emmanuel Baptist Church and currently a member of Long Branch Baptist Church. She was involved in the David Hellams Active Adult Program until her health began to decline.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Christopher Mark Evans and Timothy Ray Evans; and a brother-in-law, Robert Lee Ferguson.

Left to cherish many fond memories are two daughters, Lakina Evans of Greenville and Sherrell Evans of Greer; two sons Lamarcus Evans and Terrell Evans, both of Greenville; two sisters, Angela (Ray) Gillie of Columbia and Shone Ferguson of Greenville; three brothers, Lee Evans and Julius Harris, both of Greenville and Rev. Steven (Jessica) Evans of Clinton; an aunt, Lillie Faye Bowie of Anderson; a sister-in-law, Ramona Evans of Greenville; sixteen grandchildren; a special friend, Mr.. Porkchop; and a host of other relatives and friends.
