Judith M. Jones, 75, of Scranton and formally of San Antonio, Texas, passed
away Thursday April 19, 2018 at home.
Born in Amagansett, New York, daughter of the late Lawrence and Julia
Huml, she worked at Texas A&M until her retirement.
She was involved in many organizations through her life with her favorites
being the Lackawanna Kennel Club and the Order of Eastern Star, where she
served as a past matron.
Judy was a caring and loving person who will be deeply missed. She doted
on our dachshund Sophie and spoiled her to no end. She was never without her
Sudoko puzzles.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Martini, for whom she lived with.
Granddaughter Nicole Martini and fiance Alex Guard, and granddaughter
Christina Martini.
She was preceded in death by a brother Lawrence Huml.
There are no public services at this time.
Cremation took place at the Hickory Crematory, arrangements under the care of Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc.
