Condolence: How can it have already been a year?
If I could have one wish, it would be to have you here.
Time has not changed how badly you are missed,
All I have done is replay memories, too many to list.
Some bring a smile, and others a long cry,
Some make me laugh, and with some I only sigh.
For I can't go back to those times with you,
I can only replay them through and through.
This is all so much harder than I ever thought it would be.
It would have been much easier if you had just never left me.
But you had no choice, it was time to let go.
I am doing my best to keep moving, you know.
Please dont forget to visit me from time to time,
All you have to do is send me a sign...
I miss you every day Daddy

Condolence: We cannot possibly know the pain and heartache Gene's passing has caused you, Jackie. Of course, there is nothing that any one person can say or do that will magically wipe away your tears, but we who loved him, too, look forward to sharing one heart with you which celebrates the life of one who has touched so many with his humor and generous nature. I know that we will laugh together about his many, colorful antics; we will cry together, because that place in our hearts that Gene occupied has been harshly ripped out of our chests, but more than anything, we will share with one another the love that has been stirred up within us by his departure. Most importantly, we can all look forward to the day of our reunion with him in God's House of Many Mansions!

Condolence: My mother & I would like to express our sincerest condolences to your family. We're certainly familiar with the pain that you are enduring at this time of losing a loved one in death. It's very encouraging that the Bible can provide soothing comforting words at such a time as this. When you've time, please consider reading Isaiah 25:8, 1Corinthians 15:26, & Revelations 21:3, 4 and know these promises are true because God cannot lie. (Titus 1:2) We also invite you to visit JW.org and to contact us via our email address for more information that offers a wonderful, positive hope for the very near future. May God strengthen and comfort you during this difficult time. (2Corinthains 1:3) Our most heartfelt regards, Joyce & Stacy Howard.
