It is with saddened hearts that the family of Olive Bourgeois of Bonnyville, Alberta announce her passing on Friday, April 27, 2018 at the age of 79 years.
Olive is lovingly survived by her husband of 62 years: Ernest Bourgeois of Bonnyville, AB; three sons: Rene Bourgeois of Edmonton, AB, André Bourgeois of Ucluelet, BC, Marcel Bourgeois of Grande Prairie, AB; daughter: Jeannine (Brian) Zacharuk of Bonnyville, AB; two grandchildren: Trevor (Leanna) Zacharuk of Abbotsford, BC, Jodie (Dave) Millward-Zacharuk of Abbotsford, BC; five great grandchildren: Cassandra & Cole of Lake Erroch, BC, Kaitlin, Jennifer & Dakota of Coquitlam, BC; brother: Ernest Poirier of Cold Lake, AB; two sisters: Aurore Ouellette of Cold Lake, AB, Lorraine Gawley of Edmonton, AB.
Olive was predeceased by her son: Paul Bourgeois; parents: Norbert & Emma Poirier; sister: Lea Briere; two brothers: Raymond Poirier, Leger (Rita) Poirier; sister-in-law: Georgette Poirier; brother-in-law: Norm Ouellette.
Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, AB with Father Edmond Croteau as celebrant. Urnbearer: Rene Bourgeois. Final Resting Place, Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville, AB.
