Crystal Gail Sparks age 36, of Sitka, KY, died Sunday May 6, 2018. She was born September 9, 1981 to Roger and Debbie Caudill Sparks. Crystal was a cashier with Wendy's Restaurant. Along with her parents she is also survived by one brother Michael (Miranda) Sparks of Flat Gap, KY, two sister Carol Lee Sparks of Paintsville, KY, Tonya (Justin) Adkins of River, KY. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with Lindsey Meade and Mike Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Sparks Cemetery at Flat Gap, KY.
