Condolences

Condolence From: Jean Bruns
Condolence: I write especially to Alex, Dillan, and Jack. Although I haven't been well-acquainted with your dad nor you, our paths have occasionally crossed at church and in the community. From those times, it's always been quite clear to me that each of you meant the world to your dad, and that he would gladly do anything for you.
So, even in the midst of the sadness of his loss, I join you in giving thanks for the special blessing you've been given of such a loving and caring father in your lives. I hope that's a good thing you can carry with you throughout your lives.
I regret I was unable to attend your dad's memorial service, but I'm holding each of you in my heart as you transition to life without him. God bless you.

Condolence: Don was an amazing man. He was not just a brother to me, but also a friend. We shared a passion for hunting and fishing, and I count the many days we spent together on field and water, as among the best of my life. Quiet and thoughtful, deliberate, and blessed with a quick wit and a bright smile, Don loved his job and his work, and cherished the relationships he had with his work community. There could be no more generous human being than Don, both to his large group of friends, and especially to his children. We are in awe of him as a Father, and can all do well to follow his example. We love him and miss him, and are devastated by his far-to-soon passing. May his soul rest in Eternal Peace.

Condolence: I loved you from the moment you were born baby brother. I loved your red hair, freckles, cleft chin, sparkly blue eyes, your left handedness and mostly your irreverent sense of humor. You could always make me laugh. I know you are in a safe place without pain and without the stress and worry you were forced to endure on earth. There is no coincidence that you passed away on the same day as Bedad. I am sure during the early morning hours of May 6th, Bedad came to you saying - Rinkidink, come with me and leave this damaged and painful body and come to a warm safe place without worry. I know how much you loved your sons and I believe that was the most difficult decision you ever made but we will keep your memories alive for them as they journey on to the fine young men they will be. You are forever in my heart Donnie, fly free my beloved brother!

Condolence: I remember Donald as a happy 1 year old when I started babysitting for him. His smile was infectious and he showed it often. The red hair, the freckles, the smile; that's what I'll remember and I smile with him knowing he is out of pain now.
