Condolence: I am truly saddened to learn of Mike's passing. Mike and I were colleagues at Canadian Car (Bombardier) for several years. I was honoured to have Mike deliver his poignant words of inspiration at my retirement dinner, NOV 17 2011. When Mike became a born-again Christian (circa 2001) I'd often share lunch breaks with him where we'd compare our thoughts on the Bible. Mike often came over to see me in the engineering department where we'd take 5 minutes to reflect on the life of today - those talks we had were the best - Mike was truly a dedicated student of theology and through our conversations I was provided a lot to ponder. I only saw Mike one time since my retirement, at the Hoito restaurant about 2 years ago. We talked a little, shook hands, hugged, and departed. Mike was an important part of my life, more than he probably ever knew. I'll miss Mike a lot. But I do know one thing - GOD called home one of the best ever - Heaven's a whole lot richer for it! - Kevin Audi Waara
