The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. I followed Jesse as Area Extension Entomologist at Weslaco and became friends with him over the years we served together in different parts of the state. I thought highly of him personally and professionally. While I am saddened by Jesse's death, I am heartened by his faith and that he is at peace in a better place.
