The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Benny Byrd can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Vernell
Condolence: My condolence to the Byrd family, death is always hard because Almighty God Jehovah never intended it [Genesis 2:17] so because he loves us he has provided a means for us to see our love ones again
[John 5:28,29] when there will be no more death. Revelations 21:4] We can look forward to that time then the earth will be a Paradise. My prayers are with the family at this time.

Condolence From: J.Bolden
Condolence: I would like to offer my condolences for your loss. I hope you will find comfort in knowing that Jehovah, the God of all comfort, will soon eliminate all grief and provide permanent consolation when “all those in the memorial tombs will hear [Christ’s] voice and come out”! (John 5:28, 29) God promises that “he will do away with death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” (Isa. 25:8) Then, instead of having to “weep with those who weep,” all earth’s inhabitants will “rejoice with those who rejoice.”?—Rom. 12:15.

Condolence From: Williams Family
Condolence: The death of a loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are those who care about you and your family during this difficult time and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. We pray that Jehovah the God of all comfort is with the family during this difficult time of grief. Our prayers are with you and your family.
