Obituary for Glen Lee Sauer
Glen L. Sauer of Hackensack, MN passed away on April 19th, 2018 at the age of 77 surrounded by his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He served for the Army Reserves for 6 years.
Glen is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Sauer of Hackensack, MN; Brother, Bill (Helen) Sauer of Excelsior, MN; Children, Mark (Sara) Sauer of East Bethel, MN, Keith Smith of Minneapolis, MN, Kevin (Tina) Smith of Big Lake, MN, Kim O’Malley of Stoughton, WI, Kelly Smith of Los Angeles, CA; 1 niece, 9 grand children and 13 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Garnette Pearl Sauer.
Per Glen’s wishes, there will be no funeral. However, a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday June 16th, 2018 at the American Legion Post 202, 200 1st St N, Hackensack, MN 56452 from 1-5pm. All are welcome to come and share their favorite memories of Glen.
