Ralph Dwayne Bartley, 58 of Pikeville, KY passed away Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He was born November 24, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to the late Freeman & Betty Bartley.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Danny, Gary and Mike Bartley.

Ralph is survived by his companion, Freda Holbrooks of Pikeville, KY; sons Chad Dwayne Bartley of N.C. & Jonathan Worrix of Pikeville, two grandchildren: Alyssa & Madison Light, two brothers, Timmy & David Bartley both of Pikeville.

Ralph will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

A Graveside service will be Monday, June 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Justice Cemetery on Adams Collins Rd. at Pikeville, KY with Donnie Hall officiating.
