Condolence: Scott and I met and became friends through work. For years before he retired we went to training together, watched tennis tournaments in DC, basketball at the Beach Ball Classic and in Florida. He taught me to play tennis and we competed. He insisted I meet his home teacher and head basketball coach from Lone Peak HS and then enlisted me to pull a prank on him. Throughout the 15 years I knew Scott he was a consummate professional, but more then anything he was a terrific person. He had a smile on his face at the most difficult times and a positive attitude when things were beyond difficult. His love for his children was always on display and he never missed a chance to express it. My heartfelt and deepest condolences to the Sabin family. Scott was truly a Child of God!!

Condolence: I had the privilege of knowing Scott thru work. I have never known anyone as generous or selfless as Scott. I never once heard him complain or say that he was not up for a challenge. I feel blessed to have known Scott and to have had him as a friend . Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Condolence From: Jeff (AKA "J' Dub") Willert
Condolence: Dear Sabin family,
Scott (AKA “Big Dog”) was a treasured friend and co-worker of mine. I will miss him dearly. Wittiness, an always positive spirit (no matter what his physical challenges were) and honesty were amongst his many qualities. Also, he always demonstrated what it meant to follow the guidance of the “Golden Rule” because of the person that he was. He was truly a good person. Sending you my deepest sympathy and empathy surrounding your loss. I pray that God surrounds you with love and the strength you need to endure this difficult time. With loving memories of Scott.
