The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Orlando Westby can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I have known Orlando for 70 years as Junior . In my youger years, he was like a second father to me. He would take me fishing and camping with his children Wanda, John and Susan. In our later years, my wife Mary and I would take our boat and
Junior and Ruth would meet us in their boat on one of the nearby lakes and we would stop and have a picnic. He was was more than a big brother. He was my best friend.
