Zakiya Wright was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 13, 1979 to the late Tonya Wright. She graduated from English High School and went on to Bunker Hill Community College.
Zakiya is survived by her son, Earl Zaki Chaney, brothers: Quan and Rhydell Wright. sisters: Marla, Natarshia, Yaranda, Quaila and Rhavee Wright and a considerable amount of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who loved and cherished her deeply. Zakiya will continue to be loved and missed for the infinite amount of love and support that she showered her family with daily.
A Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 2:00 to 3:00pm followed by Funeral Service at 3:00 O’clock at Bethel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church 100 Esmond Street, Dorchester, MA 02121
