Passed away suddenly on Thursday June 21, 2018 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Bruna. Proud father of John (Rosann) and Helen (Brian Hoverd). Cherished Nonno of Amanda (Jason), Alyssa, Daniel and Christopher. Danilo will be sadly missed by his many family and friends. He is reunited with the love of his life, Bruna. Danilo was a proud member of the Famee Furlane Club of Toronto and Gruppo Eta d’Oro. Fondly remembered for his love of gardening, fishing and woodworking. His favorite time spent, was when his grandchildren were there by his side and spending time with his friends at the club and beyond. “Forever loved, always remembered.”
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A mass will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Roch’s Parish 2889 Islington Ave., Toronto (North of Finch Ave.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
