The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence From: Roy and Ruth LeBlanc
Condolence: Our sincere condolences to the family. It has been a while since I seen Courtney and was not aware he had moved from his place in Dartmouth. We met while working at Lands and Forests and worked with him doing some private land surveying for a few years. We developed a good friendship but as always happens you drift apart. We had many good times and lots of laughs. He was a good man and a fine gentleman. Ruth and I will remember him fondly.
