The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Perez can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: George & Carol Burkhardt
Condolence: We are so very sorry to hear about Jim's passing and we extend our sincerest sympathy to Georgianne and Family. We have known them both for over 50 years, George & Jim having gone to Rutgers in Newark together. They, along with Andy Mados, were all in the Veterans' Fraternity together. There were many fun times together! Jim was a great guy, full of fun. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Perez Family.

Condolence: Georgianne, Lisa, Michelle and Family, I am so saddened for all of you over the passing of 'Uncle Jimmy'. I just wanted to share some memories of how good it was to see Jim and Georgianne again when they got together with my parents in recent years. Jim and my dad had a slang language of their own, going back to when they were teenagers in Linden, cruising on Wood Ave in classic cars with polished chrome bumpers and whitewall tires. I remember good times visiting all of you in Spotswood and outdoors in Bass river too. Jim gave me many nuggets of wisdom about life over the years...and he was usually right! I wish we had more time to spend together. Love you always Godfather.

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. Loved ones who pass away are gone but never forgotten. To give us comfort and hope Jehovah God has given His dear son and many Bible promises. Such as John 5:28-29 which promises that He doesn't forget our loved ones, like your dear Jim either. God promises that they are in His memory waiting for His son Jesus to call them back to life. What a wonderful time that will be. In time if you would like to know more about God's promises please visit jw.org. Again I am sorry.
