Robert Lee  Oliver
Robert "Bob" Oliver passed away on June 28th after a long battle with cancer. Bob was a gentle man who had many friends and loved his family.

Bob was born in Lawton, Oklahoma and was raised in Victoria, Texas by has parents Leon and Margie Oliver. He grew up fishing and hunting wild game. Fishing became Bob's favorite passion in life. Bob loved the outdoors. He would always say that he felt the closest to God when he was camping. The mountains were his church.

Bob's chosen career was to be an electrician. He followed in the footsteps of his father. In Bob's younger years, he traveled to many states working construction. Bob worked for a contractor called Bechtel construction. He moved to Arizona in 1979 and began working on the building of The Palo Verde Nuclear Power Generating Station West of Phoenix Arizona. He later became a full time employee with Arizona Public Service (APS) after Palo Verde was complete.

In 1982, Bob married his forever wife, Barbara. Bob found forever happiness being married to Barbara. He gave her everything. With his construction skills, he built a beautiful home in North Peoria Arizona. Bob loved camping with his family and fishing with his friends Terry, Dick and Ed.

Bob is survived by his wife Barbara. Children J.R., Kathy, Deana, Robbie and Angie. Grandchildren Cheryl, Chris, Danielle and Mandy. Great Grandchildren Kylie and Natalie.
