Obituary for Joe Thomas Franks

On July 6th, 2018, Joe Thomas Franks at the age of 51, left this world to be with his Savior. He was born in Lepanto Arkansas on May 12th, 1967 to Leroy and Julie Franks, but resided in Springfield Missouri with his family. Joe was raised in Bono Arkansas and attended school at Westside and later received his certifications at Marked Tree Vocational, working as an auto mechanic in Springfield. Joe loved spending time outdoors with friends, he loved kayaking, camping, racing, playing guitar and music but most of all spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pauline McCollister, Iva Louella Franks, Charlie D. Franks and a sister in-law Lana Franks. He left behind his wife Linette Franks, two sons Nathan and Bodie Franks, daughter Allie Franks, all residing in Springfield and a daughter Malori Jo Franks of Peoria Illinois. He also left four grandchildren, Reese, Avery, Aspen and Emersyn. He left his parents, Julie and Leroy Franks, three brothers, David, John and Rob Franks and his wife Kathy all of Bono Arkansas and a sister Paula Stamp and her husband Rusty of Jonesboro Arkansas. He left aunts, uncles and cousins plus countless friends that loved and will miss him dearly.
