Evelyn  Dunshee
Evelyn Alida Dunshee, 89, of Ault formally of Denver, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born on February 11, 1929 in Rock Island, Ill. To Belgian immigrants Frank and Suzzanna (Vermeersch) Poma. She attended St. Joseph’s School.

Evelyn worked for Martin Marietta and US West in Denver, retiring in 1987.

She was married to Frank C Dunshee for 62 years before his passing. Evelyn and Frank enjoyed traveling. She always said “have a passport will travel,” he said “if she’s paying, I’ll go.”

Evelyn loved a dark beer, a great meal and fast cars. She will be missed and fondly remembered by many.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Frank (Glenda) Dunshee, Daniel (Nancy) Dunshee and Peggy Leaf (Keith Amen). She was affectionately known as “Crazy Granny” to 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
