Seth Daniel Rowland, 25, of Lancaster, Mo passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 23, 2018. He was born September 13,1992 in Unionville, Mo.

Survivors include: Son, Staylee Rowland and his mother Laura Huettman of Queen City, Mo. Parents Jim and Judy Yearns of Queen City, Mo. Siblings, Stefan Rowland and wife Candy of Queen City Mo. Stefanie (Rowland) Parsons and husband Craig of Kirksville Mo. Kayleigh Yearns and significant other Bryce Gladbach of LaPlata Mo. Wade Yearns of Queen City Mo. Grandmother Sharlene Rowland of Queen City Mo, two nieces, multiple aunts, uncles and cousin. He left behind many dear friends.

Proceeding him in death: Grandfather, Guy Walter Rowland, Grandmother, Nikki (Marts) Yearns, Uncle, Michael Gordon Rowland two cousins, Adam Brandon Ruggles and Matthew Todd Ruggles.

Seth went to school in Queen City and grew up east of town in the country. He loved being with his son, playing his guitar and working on his Mustang. He always had a smile and loved to laugh.

The family has decided upon cremation. There will be a visitation from 6 PM to 8 PM Friday July 27, 2018 at Normans Funeral Home in Lancaster, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.

The family would like to express their appreciation to everyone for their generosity and help in this time of distress.

Seth will continue to be loved and missed by family and friends alike.
