She is survived by her partner, William Cottingham of Rogers, Arkansas; her brother, Kevin Clark of Rogers, Arkansas; one son, Kevin Lawrence Thompson and wife Heather; two grandkids, Alexander Thompson and Isaac Thompson all of Warsaw, Missouri.
