Condolence From: Becky Minick
Condolence: I will always remember his quick wit and sense of humor. We were at a church dinner. There was a young child(whose name I will not reveal) he told the young boy," you better sit down and eat your dinner there are children starving children in Punxsy who would like to have that"
I will miss him. I loved Chris. I love Chris' whole family they are all wonderful

Condolence: I flew with Chris in FB-111s at Pease Air Force Base. He was character, and always had other pilots smiling and laughing. Flying the "Aardvaark" was a challenging and at times dangerous job. He not only made it look easy, he also showed us how to enjoy every day and take minor issues in stride. I'll miss his wry smile and encouraging attitude. I'm sorry for the family's loss and just the loss of a great guy.

Condolence: Dear Susan and family - I am saddened to hear the news about Chris. For others reading this, we completed FB-111A training together and served in the same squadron at Pease AFB, NH. It was five of the best years of my life, made even better by his humor and friendship. We flew together several times - he was an excellent pilot. Chris was an outstanding man of faith and family who served his country, and I always enjoyed being around him. Mary and I send our deepest condolences.

Condolence: The world was a much better place with Chris. Even when he was not my home teacher in the church, he would call after a snow storm (in NH) to offer help and often came at odd times with Susan to provide support. I have many fond memories of good laughs; admiration for dedicated and hard working service; and compassion for others. My heart goes out to Susan and family for your loss of wonderful husband/father.

Condolence: I am surprised and so sorry to hear of Chris departing mortality so soon. I remember him as an energetic, musical, witty and compassionate man, often the first to step forward when there was service to be given, and a great teacher. He clearly adored his family. My condolences to all of you in this sorrowful time.

Condolence: Anne and I are so sorry to hear of Chris' passing. I was blessed to serve with Chris at Pease AFB in the FB-111. I was good to have a fellow member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints among my comrades-in-arms. I am grateful for his friendship and humor. The world was better with him in it; it is poorer for his passing.

Condolence: Chris was my first counselor when I first was called to be the Bishop. His wisdom and knowledge were invaluable to me as we struggled to staff the entire ward from scratch. Chris was always a shining beacon of service. I consider him to be a great man and a spiritual giant. He will be missed greatly. My sincere condolences to Susan and the kids. I cannot wait to shoot hoops with Chris again when we next meet. Bob Pease
