David Wayne Burnett, 36, passed away September 24, 2018. He was born February 12, 1982 in Union County, NC son to the late Royce Wayne & Patricia Ann Burnett.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer Burnett, two sons Royce Burnett and Sam Burnett, a brother Joel Burnett and two sisters Kryhisteena Burnett, and Kachet McIntyre.
