Obituary for Lucinda Castle (Chandler)

Lucinda Chandler Castle, age 39 of Staffordsville, died Wednesday September 26, 2018. She was born March 21, 1979 to Richard and Venice Daniel Chandler. Lucinda was a member of the Walnut Grove Free Will Baptist Church and a E. R. registrar for Three Rivers Hospital in Louisa. Along with her parents, Lucinda is survived by her husband Robert Castle Jr., her twin sons Brayden Chandler Castle and Hayden Daniel Castle, one sister: Amanda (Jamie) Adams of Louisa, KY, and two nephews: Colin Adams and Jase Adams. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Walnut Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Walnut Grove Free Will Baptist Church, with James VanHoose officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery at Louisa, KY.

It’s difficult to believe that Lucinda has gone to reap her reward in Heaven. She will surely be missed. She already is. She messaged me last week to check on the fellowship hall for the boys’ birthday. She loved her family and the church. I remember how she spoke about her amazing God. Her heart would be out of rhythm, when Jr. would put her on the prayer chain, it would be only a few minutes, and her heart would be back in rhythm again. We are all in this race. I hope you are on the road to Heaven. Lucinda just made it to finish line before we did.
