On September 25, 2018, Freeman “Bud” George of Edmonton passed away at the age of 76 years.
Bud is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; children, Jennifer and Wally; grandchildren, Cassandra, Brandon and Elijah; two great-grandchildren, Maxwell and Grayson; siblings, Mabel (Aubrey), Don (Pam) and Stan (Shy); sister-in-law, Joan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Freeman and Annie; and siblings, Joe, Bob, Veraon, Vivian, Doris and Georgina.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday, October 1 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue.
Funeral Service Tuesday, October 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut, Suite 144, 5241 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB, T6H 5G8.
