To Duff's family, I send my heartfelt condolences for your devastating and sudden loss. She was my coworker, my friend and someone I considered my family. Saying she will be missed is an understatement. She was my rock, my laughter, and my most positive influencer. She put everything she had into helping every single client with patience, wisdom and understanding. She was a positive role model for all and demonstrated love through her actions. Often clients referred to us as the "Dream Team", but with this incredible loss, I feel like I am in a bad dream.
