The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peter McLachlan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I just heard about Peter's passing today. . . . such a shock and so hard to believe. I was in high school with Peter and I remember his laugh and his easy going nature. . . . RIP. . . thoughts and prayers for Peter and his family. . ..

Condolence: We want to express our deepest sympathy and condolences to all family members and friends who are grieving the loss of Peter at this time. Although we did not know him personally, we do know that those who mourn Peters loss will be going through a difficult time, and will need support for some time to come. Please find comfort in what it says at John 5:28&29 about the resurrection that will happen soon. And as promised in Job 14:14, 15, those asleep in the grave will be woken up, and then the earth will be filled with happy, healthy people who will never get sick, grow old, or pass away ever again. May these verses bring you comfort.

Condolence: My condolences to Jem and her 3 boys and to all of Peter's larger family. Peter made such a fun impression on me during my time in Lethem Guyana; open and welcoming, and sharing in adventure. I know he will be missed always. Good memories of him are always at your immediate recall...
