Elaine was a very creative and talented seamstress (from mending to creating wedding and Christening gowns). Additionally, she did embroidery and was an avid quilter. She spent a tremendous amount of time creating beautiful things for others. In her lifetime she completed over 500 quilts for friends and family. She was an avid reader throughout her entire life.
