Dale Wayne Ratliff 52, of Road Creek Rd., passed away Monday October 8, 2018 at the UKMC at Lexington, KY.
Dale was born November 19, 1965 in Mansfield, OH to the late Elmer Cline & Carol “Adkins” Ratliff.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Sarah Ratliff, & a niece, Leslie Ratliff..
He is survived by his loving wife, Melinda Ann “Mullins” Ratliff of Elkhorn City, one son Dustin (Tawayna) Ratliff of Virgie, KY, a daughter Rebecca Ratliff of Elkhorn City, granddaughter Kairbella “Diddle” Ratliff & Special granddaughter, Adisen Chapman, one sister, Shelia Ratliff of Elkhorn City, two brothers, Larry (Tammy) Ratliff of Pikeville, Garry (Angie) Ratliff of Mt. Sterling, KY, nephews; Logan Ratliff & Ryan Brown, nieces; Laci & Larissa Ratliff, great nieces; Stesha Ratliff, Merida & Emma Leigh Brown & special friends Claude Williams, Wesley Blair & Timothy(Timbo) Sawyers all of Elkhorn City, KY
Dale will be sadly missed by all who knew and treasured him.
The family will accept friends at the Thacker Memorial Chapel, Wednesday 6PM October 10, 2018 & Thursday, October 11, 2018 services each night at 7:00 PM with Tommy England & Ernest Mullins officiating. Funeral services will be Friday, 1:00 P.M. on October 12, 2018 with burial to follow at the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin, KY.
