I fully credit Roys Cafe for my love for reading and learning in elementary school and middle/high school. Reading unlimited comic books for the cost of a soda In wintertime was priceless. From comic books, to westerns, to history and nonfiction. It all started in earnest for me at Roys. I moved away in 1980, however, Ill never forget the generosity of Roy and Carol.
