On October 6, 2018, Frederick “Fred” Welk passed away.
Fred is survived by his two sons and one daughter, Bernard, Mike (Marla) and Amber; and grandsons, Alexander, Connor and Aiden. Predeceased by his mother, Beatrice; father, Bernard; and brother, Eugene.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Kipnes Centre for Veterans for their compassionate care.
A private family gathering will be held. Cremation has taken place.
