A veteran of WWII
Passed away peacefully at Dufferin Oaks with family by her side on Monday, November 5, 2018 in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late Glenn. Beloved mother of Ross (deceased) and his wife Connie, Faye and her husband Bob Allan and Graham and his wife Joyce. Proud grandma of Scott, Grant, Ryan, Billie-Jo, Shane, Shelly; great-grandma of Jayme, Destiny, Larissa, Ashlyn, Lachlan and Amelia and great-great grandma of Josie and Blake. Survived by her brother-in-law Alvin Bell.
Friends and family will be received at the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home, Shelburne on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to Primrose United Church, the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #220 or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
