Frank Koontz: Hero
In later years, Frank slowed down as all of us must. But, my family of 3 boys remembers a much younger Frank that made their visits to their Grand parent's home in Amagon extra special. He bought them soda and candy. They loved that, but the Hero status he achieved was because he always had time for them. He allowed them to tromp around all over Amagon with him. He was kindness itself. Always a smile, a laugh and provided High Adventure in the wilds of Amagon! I never had to worry about my boys when they were with Frank because I knew he'd take care of them. The Frank we knew didn't have a selfish bone in his body and had a heart as big as all out doors. Frank Koontz is loved and will be dearly missed. May God bless and keep his loved ones.
