Ms. Martha Jane Swofford, age 76 of Page Road, Hartwell, Ga., entered into rest on Monday, November 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Ga.
Martha was a homemaker who loved gardening, the outdoors,and was an animal advocate.
She was the last member of her immediate family.
Friends and family will hold a memorial service for Martha at a later date.
