Norton Eugene Shaw, 88, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019. He was born on November 3, 1930, a son of the late Denver Shaw and the late Ella (Wilson) Shaw. On October 8, 1957, Gene was united in marriage to Julia Kelly and two children were born to this union.
Gene is survived by his son, Stephen (Tammy) Shaw; daughter, Kelly (Peter) Simunovich; and two grandsons: Wilson and Fallon Shaw.
In addition to Gene's father and mother, He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Julia Shaw.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 10:30-11:30 AM at the DeClue Funeral Home. A Funeral Service began at 11:30 AM held in the DeClue Chapel.
Interment and final prayers were held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Mr. Shaw received full military honors presented by the United States Navy.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
